SHIPPING:
We strive to ship our orders out within 2-3 business days when the items ordered are in stock. If an item is out of stock or on back order we will let you know about the delay via email. There are times when we are on the road working and your order could be not be processed until we return. We normally advise of these times on the banner on the home page. RETURNS:
We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase up to 14 days after purchase. Shipping will not be refunded, All sales are final on Monogrammed items and custom orders. Please contact us for return information before shipping back any items.
